Court: Politicians who block citizens on social media violate 1st Amendment | Ars Technica

I’ve been following this topic and as far as I know this is the first ruling from a court on it. It makes sense to me that politicians that choose to use private platforms to communicate with citizens should not be able to block people. Particularly when those people are their constituents!
